论文综合评述了当前含油废水处理的现状,首次全面系统研究了溶气气浮除油
工艺系统,详细分析了溶气压力、溶气量、气油比、废水矿化度、气浮时间、pH值、
混凝剂、废水含油量及水温等诸多因素对除油效率的影响,并针对测试中的问题探
讨了有机溶剂对油分析的影响。实验结果表明:废水矿化度应控制在3%左右,pH
值在6-8之间为宜,加入合适的混凝剂(PAC:50-70mg/L)可有效改善气浮除油效
果。实验发现:用同一种有机溶剂作参比,动物油的溶解度小于植物油的溶解度。
气浮工艺的除油效率高、处理速度快、运行安全可靠,是一种经济实用的除油
技术,具有很好的应用前景。而防止释放器堵塞和浮渣堆积是当前需解决的现实问
题。

ABSTRACT
The current situation of wastewater treatment at present is reviewed synthetically.
The system of oil-removed with air-flotation is researched at first.Atmospheric pressure,
the amount of air dissolved,the rate of air and oil,waste water ization degree,floating
time,PH value,coagulants,waste water oil contents,temperature and the organic solvent
etc.are analyzed.The experimental result shows:Wastewater ization degree at 3%about,
PH value between 6-8 and the suitable coagulant(PAC:50-70mg/L)are controlled to
improve removing oil efficiency.The solubility of animal oil is smaller than the
solubilities of vegetable oil in the organic solvent.
Air flotation with high efficiency,safety and reliability is the technology of
practical economy.The problem of released-stop and dross-piled up should be solved at
present.
